I just got my set of Stage8 Bolts and I know it might not be much but it really does give you peace of mind when you are beating up on your car. Personally I would have loved to have had these back when I had an SR20DET. I'm pumped to put these on my LS1.

So the last couple events I was really pleased with my setup but there is always room for improvement. The one issue I really wanted to take care of was cooling the temps inside my engine bay.  The headers that I am using are from SIKKY but I forgot to order them with the ceramic coating. SIKKY does sell Coated Headers and if you are thinking about buying some of these I recommend you get the coated ones. Lucky for me Liquid Powder Coats is near by so I decided to visit Martin at LPC and drop off my headers.

This past weekend the engine was pulled from the car in order to do some check ups. I don't want to do anything crazy to the the engine so the only thing that is being done is a LS6 intake swap. The SIKKY headers are being sent out for some ceramic coating at www.liquidpowdercoats.com. The engine and trans will get looked over to check for leaks and then its going back into car. Hopefully next up will be a much needed exhaust upgrade.

I am very excited to announce that in 2013 i will be competing in the entire SWD Pro-AM Series.
